I went to an 18th birthday party for my nephew in a private room. Our waiter was fantastic. He made sure that he took care of each and every one of us. The food was hot and delicious! They did a great job of accommodating us on a Saturday night!

The food is phenomenal but better than that is the service. We came close to closing time without paying attention to when they close. They treated us wonderfully even though they were probably ready to close up and go home. We will return next time we are in this area.

Man oh man, I am so glad we stopped at Chimi’s Mexican Restaurant. We were in town for a trade show and figured that with high school prom happening that weekend, every place would be slammed. Thankfully, Chimi’s was able to get us in quickly. The wait staff was great and very knowledgeable about the menu. They recommended the butter rice, and wow, that was absolutely the right call. It was some of the best Mexican-style rice I have ever had. Seriously, it was that good. The enchiladas were also very good, and the chips and salsa were addictive in the best way. Overall, the food was top notch, the service was great, and I am really glad we gave this place a try.

Scott, our waiter, was GREAT! It was my 1st time eating anything from Chimi’s. We had a total of 10 people in our dining party. We did have a reservation. Scott was very pleasant, understanding, and attentive. He explained different menu items and gave suggestions based on what we were wanting, including customization options. He kept our table with chip, salsa, and drink refills. His personality really elevated our entire dining experience. I hope Scott receives the recognition that he deserves.

There's really nothing that makes this food stand apart or better than other restaurants. Flavor is barely enough. Service was good the guy was great on getting a strength and keeping them full restaurant was busy and we were able to get waited on and taking care of it's just the flavor of the food was lacking. Even the quantity wasn't for what you're paying for they just need to reevaluate how they flavor their chicken and steak and ground beef
