We had a wonderful dining experience at Mi Cocina. We ordered the fajitas, and they were absolutely delicious—well-seasoned, fresh, and served sizzling hot. The portion size was generous and everything was cooked perfectly. The service was also excellent. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Overall, a great experience with tasty food and very good service. I would definitely return and recommend it.

We had a great experience at Mi Cochina in Tulsa. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want when you’re craving Mexican food. I ordered the crispy chicken enchiladas, which I realized when they came out are more like taquitos but honestly, they were so good. Perfectly crisp with great flavor and just the right amount of sauce. He had the huevos rancheros, which were hearty and well done, with rich flavors and a great balance on the plate. And of course, the blanco cheese dip did not disappoint, creamy, smooth, and exactly what you hope for. The food, atmosphere, and overall experience were all 5 stars for us. Service was okay, just a little slow for a fairly empty restaurant so I’d give that 4 stars. Who knows what was going on in the background. We definitely be back.

Overall, it’s a nice establishment with an elegant ambiance that’s well-suited for fine dining. Unfortunately, the service did not meet the same standard. I traveled from Austin, Texas, to attend my sister’s wedding celebration and was looking forward to a memorable dinner. I ordered the beef fajitas with special dietary restrictions. After waiting over an hour, everyone else at the table had been served except me. When I asked the waitress about my meal, she admitted that my order had never been placed. To make matters worse, my sister’s meal also arrived very late during her own wedding celebration. By that point, I had lost my appetite and decided not to order anything else. I had planned to spend generously on drinks and dessert, but the experience changed my mind. I ended up leaving without eating dinner, which was extremely disappointing. I’ve dined at many outstanding restaurants, including Peter Luger Steak House in New York City, as well as restaurants in Chicago, Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Hawaii, Dubai, Sydney, London, Frankfurt, Austin, Dallas, and many other cities. While this restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, the level of service was among the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had. I hope they improve their attention to guests, because the ambiance deserves service to match.

When I think of Mexican cuisine, this establishment does not rank among my top 10 preferences. Nevertheless, my partner received a gift card, prompting us to revisit the restaurant after previously having unfavorable experiences. We were promptly seated, and our waiter efficiently took our beverage orders - unfortunately, I cannot recall his name, but he demonstrated exceptional attentiveness and courtesy throughout. I opted for the nachos, while my partner chose the bacon-wrapped shrimp. We both found our meals to be enjoyable, and it is fair to say that our experience was improved this time around.

Came in the other day to eat and had a great experience overall. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everyone was friendly. We got to talking with a gentleman named Bryan who brought us our chips and salsa, and he was amazing. We honestly thought he was going to be our server because his personality and customer service were that good. Our actual server was great as well, but Bryan really stood out and made the experience even better. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family. Thank you!
