What an awesome place this is. A true Hole-in-the-wall for sure! It has its rustic character but clean and well taken care of. The waitress is a true gem! She treats you well and makes you feel cared for, almost like being at home. This time I only had something light and quick but I plan to come back a really enjoy their menu! Gracias Doña

We come here often. This place is authentic in style, service and flavor! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the menu has many choices but is simplified. It’s always crowded so you want to try to get in and get a table before the rush or you’ll be waiting, but it’s definitely worth it. Great place for lunch during the week of you can time it right, or breakfast/dinner any other time. Definitely recommend trying if you’re in the area.

Just visited El Rio Verde for the first time and it was great. We both got the al pastor wet burrito. The pork had a good little spicy kick. Service was lovely. We will definitely be going back!

Love the food here! We come here every time we visit Tulsa. The vampiro taco is amazing and the staff are great! The beef cheek meat is soooo tender and tasty. Prices are very affordable and there’s a big parking lot in the back.

Fantastic place for authentic Mexican food their carnitas flautas were crispy, hot, and perfect. The next winner is their refried beans and cotija cheese… yum! Seriously though the crispy chips and salsa made me happy wiggle! My husband had the torta Ahogada with carnitas and it was so delicious. Our server was so very attentive and nice. The place was clean and quite busy. Definitely excited to keep coming back and eating our way through the menu.
