We walked in here starving in the middle of exploring the city and ended up having such a satisfying meal. Everything was delicious, and the service was great. After lunch, we wandered over to the bar and caught some of the NFL draft, which made the whole night even more fun. Very cozy, lively place with a great atmosphere.

La Llorona is truly one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. Every visit has been an incredible experience from start to finish. The food is absolutely amazing—authentic Mexican flavors, fresh ingredients, and dishes made with care. The tacos are outstanding, the drinks are spectacular, and everything we’ve tried has been delicious. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in delivering a true taste of Mexico. What really sets La Llorona apart is the hospitality. A special thank you to Freddy, the bartender, who is always so kind, genuine, and welcoming. He consistently provides exceptional service and makes every guest feel valued. His positive attitude and attention to detail elevate the entire experience. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican cuisine, incredible cocktails, warm hospitality, and a memorable dining experience, La Llorona is a must-visit. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy some of the best Mexican food in Seattle.

The service was so good! The waiter was very friendly and funny and we never had for wait for something we needed, you know when you go somewhere and you’d probably order another drink if you could just find the waiter? This was the opposite. The food was pretty good, we decided on a “B” grade, I thought B+ and my partner said B- because he mostly got tacos and said that by the time you got to the third or forth one, the taco shell was all soggy-yet somehow also extremely dry. I got the carne asada plate and it was pretty good, I think we both really loved the queso fundito. Margs were good and large, and lots of flavors to choose from. We would have liked to see some specials for Taco Tuesday or a Happy Hour but also for times are hard. I would come back to try a few more items on the menu, it’s a pretty decent spot. The pink marketing items are very cute.

I fell in love with this restaurant when I had an extended stay in Seattle last year. I'll never go back to Seattle without eating here. The staff was amazing and we shared a laugh when I pretended to bite the waiter's arm when he reached for an empty plate on our table. (Great drinks too obviously). I enjoyed the ceviche, wet burrito, and their taquitos ahogados soup was so good we put it on tons of other things at home. Can't wait to go back. Comida deliciosa, servicio amable, ambiente informal.

This place is phenomenal! Excellent food and excellent service. Margaritas were delish and so was the food. Fermin, the server was absolutely wonderful, very attentive and super funny! I wish this place was open back home!
