Best vegan restaurant ever. And affordable!! I know sometimes vegans give good reviews to underwhelming restaurants… that is NOT the case with Rojo’s. Try the Al pastor or carnitas tacos. Chickn wasn’t for me (I hate nutritional yeast) but everything here is amazing, and the horchata is killer.

The food was so flavorful! My partner and I especially enjoyed the spicy salsa, which was not all that spicy in our opinion, but was super tasty. We really enjoyed the tacos, especially the carnitas. The rice, beans, guac, and chips were muy deliciosos! The vibe needs some work; more color on the walls would be great. The food is heavy on meat alternatives, but nasty nonetheless. We will be back!

Been here twice now, and this place will definitely be on my "frequent" list. The tacos taste very authentic, you wouldn't think twice about them being vegan. The quesadilla was fulfilling, and one to recommend. The rice and beans that came with the tacos were perfect, as well. I preferred the regular horchata over the holiday special they had, but maybe because I'm not the biggest cinnamon fan! The standard horchata was soooo delicious, I should have gotten a large lol. The inside is cute and cozy, and plenty of seating inside. Friendly staff; they say hello and bye, which is nice and only makes me want to come back. 100/10, would recommend.

Rojo's Mexican Food is a great little place tucked in near Lumen Field. They have great food, excellent customer service, and had a steady stream of customers while we were there. They serve a great selection of Mexican street food, which we found to be tasteful and made from fresh ingredients. Do yourself a favor and give Rojo's Mexican Food a try! I loved Rojo's! Delicious loaded burrito stuffed with asada, and topped with freshly squeezed lime juice and their amazing salsas. I would definitely recommend this place and can't wait to return to try their other menu items. (By the way, Rojo's is totally vegan - bonus, but what's really important here is that it was ¡Qué delicioso!).
