Had a lovely dinner to celebrate my brother’s birthday. Attention to detail warranted a substantial cost to the meal and beverage list. The experience was well worth the cost Corn shined brightly in each dish. Bread service was elevated. Aguachile was delicious and beautifully presented, although could have been slightly colder. The chorizo quesadilla might’ve been my favorite dish. The vegetables and spices were smokey, well-spiced, and uniquely delicious. The waiter had amazing recommendations and suggested the fish tacos. We had the steak dish, which is what my brother wanted. We both agreed that the beef was fine but didn’t shine like the rest of the meal. Next time, we’d get the fish. I’m sure it would be 🔥.

Albeit expensive, Pancita is truly one of Seattle's hidden diamonds. The staff was very friendly and low key and the menu was full of creations and elevated combos id have never thought to use, for example, duck with mole sauce and fiddle heads, 21 day dey ages brisket tacos and so forth. All served up in a relaxed setting and with beautiful presentation.

I thought I wrote a review when I visited this place in March 2025. It stays on my mind so much, I'm here almost a year later to finally leave a review. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. My husband took me here for a birthday dinner. This place has a James Beard Award winning chef who cooked meals so delicious, I licked the plate at one point. EVERYTHING we tried was delicious. The orange wine was also yummy. The staff was courteous and the ambiance is warm and cozy. I hope to one day visit again.

Excellent chef's recreation of authentic Mexican food. The chicken in mole poblano and the pork chop were amazing but everything was delicious.

Pancita is a special place. Every dish is exquisite. So well prepared, so many flavors, colors, textures. The menu is always changing. They use excellent ingredients and make all the components from scratch - perfect spicy salsas, heirloom corn masa for the best tortillas, syrups for excellent cocktails. It’s a special occasion to eat here. I’ve been a fan since they were doing pop-ups around the city and they have only gotten more creative since getting a permanent location. I love the small plates even more than the mains but you really can’t go wrong. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable and happy to chat. I am shocked at how few reviews it has - and at the risk of it being even harder to get in, I have to sing their praises. They do book up so reservations recommended but the bar is first come first serve seating.
