⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Went to Cactus Restaurant for a team lunch and had a really good experience. The food was flavorful and well-prepared, with plenty of great options to share. I tried the shrimp fajitas, which were very good—sizzling, well-seasoned, and satisfying. The Diablo shrimp was another highlight, especially as an appetizer; it had a nice kick and great flavor. The corn quesadillas were also a must-try—simple but really tasty and perfect as a starter. Overall, a great spot for a group lunch with solid food and good variety. I’d definitely go again.

Amazing first visit to Cactus! 🌵 Our server, Josh, was friendly and provided great service, making our meal truly enjoyable. The food was outstanding—my wife had her first Enchiladas here, and I think this place just set the bar too high! The tacos were great, and the Mojito and Margarita paired perfectly. ​But the real surprise was the Cuban Flan for dessert—it was absolutely delicious. You HAVE to try it!

After making two visits to this place, here’s my take on Cactus. First things first, it’s refreshing to see that they don’t claim that they’re authentic, so that way they already set the expectations. IMO, cactus would go as one of the top 5 Mexican restaurants in the down town area. The ambience is upscale, and service is also relatively quick. Their tacos are so good, as someone who’s a fan of Tex-Mex food, I felt they’re unique in their own way, and delicious as well. We tried chicken, and jackfruit tacos and totally recommend them. However their chicken enchiladas are a let down for me, pretty mid and I don’t recommend them. Loaded nachos are so tasty and the portion size is perfect too. My another fav dish is their shrimp appetizer, right spice level and super delicious. All in all, if you’re looking to eat good Mexican food that doesn’t necessarily have to be authentic, then you can’t go wrong with cactus.

Great service and friendly staff! The manager was very attentive to each guest—I was greeted more than once during my dinner, which made me feel truly welcome. Don’t make the mistake of leaving without ordering dessert! I had a wonderful, creamy flan 🍮 to finish off my dinner. For appetizers, I started with chips and guacamole, then treated myself to two main dishes 😅 — the enchiladas and the tamale plate. Couldnt pass the opportunity to have tamales. Both were absolutely delicious! 😋😋😋

Walked over from our hotel for dinner and were greeted and sat immediately. Unfortunately, they put us in the area right by the kitchen entrance/exit so staff were around there the whole time. However, everything else about our dinner was fantastic. The staff were great, the food was delicious, and the drinks were yummy as well. Nicely decorated inside with comfy booths too.
