Vanessa Aranda 3 weeks agoThis restaurant is so beautiful! It was my first time here and I love the food, artwork, and service. I had the albondigas and enchiladas verdes and it was so good! I also tried the ceviche and I liked it - and I don’t like seafood so it was my first time! Chips and salsa were great also! I had the cocorita and the flavor was good, drink was delicious. I will be coming here again and would recommend this place to others. ❤️
Christina Mantas 5 months agoGreat Space for Small Events, Excellent Service Attended an event in the side room, though the main restaurant was jam packed, they were able to close the doors to our section, and it turned into a wonderful cozy space, where we were able to hear our guest speakers clearly. Rico was the server for our space and he was phenomenal. He got our orders in between speakers, and delivered our food and drinks with care. Highly recommend as an event space. P.S. The coconut flan is unbelievable!!!
JAlex 2 months agoRosario’s is where amazing flavors meet a contemporary atmosphere. The food is excellent, the ambience is stylish and inviting, and the whole experience feels elevated. Easily one of the best Mexican food spots on St. Mary’s Street downtown. It’s also a great place for business meals or meetings. Love the atmosphere, and the food never disappoints. The place was very busy, so service took a bit longer to get started. There were also a few mix-ups with dishes being brought to the table—possibly due to similar names—which felt a bit odd. Still, overall a good experience.
Lacey Fabrikant 2 months agoThe service from Gerard was phenomenal! Visiting from outta state, I couldn’t wait to taste some TexMex, and this place didn’t disappoint! The salsa is nothing like I’ve ever had, fire flavored and delicious. The Cauliflower app was a surprising winner amongst the group, also flavor packed! But my shrimp tacos were A+ as well as my sisters fajitas! A must try spot!
Dustin Erdman 3 months agoThe atmosphere has potential — the patio is colorful and fun, and the space itself is visually interesting. But unfortunately the experience didn’t live up to it. The chicharrones were fried properly, to their credit, though not really my thing. The chips were… odd. Puffy and unusually thick — possibly twice fried? Not what you’d expect, and not in a good way. The fajita vegetables were the low point — cooked so far past done that all the color and flavor were gone. Wilted and lifeless. Service was the bigger issue. My server took my order and then essentially disappeared. I had to flag down other staff members just to get a refill and eventually my check. The soda was flat, which is a small thing but tells you something about attention to detail. And nobody on the floor seemed particularly happy to be there — not one smile the entire visit. One more thing: I was dining solo and was seated dead center in the middle of the dining room. Solo diners generally appreciate a booth or a less exposed spot. It’s a small thing, but it matters. I wanted to like this place — the concept is fun and the space has energy. But between the execution on the food and the checked-out service, I can’t recommend it as it stands.
