I love trying New Mexican restaurants and found this gem in trinity groves! I love that they have the classics but also a slight twist. The skirt steak fajita is amazing the meat quality is really good! The salsa and chips and also good since the chips are the thin crispy style. The service was even better, our server was Mimi and she was exceptional! Loved her personality and service was top notch! Thank you for such an amazing night, can’t wait to bring friends here! Oh the patio is great as well and you have to try the nitro drinks, it’s like a cloud in yo mouth!

We visited with a party of 15 people, including babies and small children, and were disappointed by how inflexible the restaurant was with seating. We understood that accommodating a large group can be challenging, but being told we had to split into two separate groups and two separate bills made the experience unnecessarily complicated for a family gathering. What made it worse was the feeling that the staff was more concerned about closing exactly at 10 p.m. than trying to help customers feel welcome. The atmosphere came across as if they knew they were one of the few options in the area and didn’t really care whether we stayed or left. In the end, we chose to leave and drove 10 minutes away to a much more family-friendly restaurant where we felt genuinely welcomed. Hospitality matters just as much as food.

I got the 2 meat option fajita. I chose the Tenderloin Steak & Chicken. The chimichurri, crispy onions improved an already tasty dish. A far as service goes. I only seen my waiter for my order, when he brought my food & for the check. No refills on water or anything else.

Went for brunch with about 8 of us on Sunday We made a reservation and our table was ready right away We don’t get the fancy margarita but we enjoyed everything else I had the salad tower with carnitas. It was so good the should put it on the menu Others had the steak tower wagyu fajitas and different bowls and we all loved our food. Service was really nice too

We had a great lunch with exceptional service. The serving sizes were large. There is paid parking but they were able to validate it for us.
