In all fairness when we arrived the time was 9:14pm with their hours of operation is closing at 11. This was my birthday evening and I just wanted to dine somewhere I’ve never been to. When we arrived we were made aware that the kitchen would be closing at 9:30 and that the bar is open until 11pm. However, we could still sit and order.(this was all okay) our server and hostess was very polite and happy to assist. I ordered the Barria quesadilla and Street corn And my partner ordered Grilled salmon and Street corn everything was severely overcooked. Our server had our corn remade and what came back was a slap to the tastes buds as both servings were soaked in so much lime that you would have thought we were taking a shot of tequila chasing it with lime. Subsequently, everything was lime forward, my quesadilla was so over cooked that that sound you hear from knocking on wood…. That is what echoed from the plate.Now the churros were amazing and comp as a way of apologizing. Now, In order to over cook that says you went past the allotted time that was needed to prepare the dish and the do over making it worse than what it was showed a clear disdain from not being able to shut the kitchen down like you want. I mentioned the time because the manager made it a point to stress the time that we placed our orders. I just wanted to make to say, if you can overcook it, it could have been cooked correctly the first time. We still tipped our server who gave excellent service and paid the bill which in all honesty should have been taken off. At least mines because it became part of your trash. As always I give honest and fair reviews. If the quesadilla wasn’t burnt and the pico de Gallo wasn’t so lime forward. It would have been fire!

An incredible dining experience! The food was fresh and delicious, the service made our dinner totally incredible!! Dean, Zach, Kelley and Emma were fun, friendly and very attentive. Great selection of tequila and mixed drinks... an awesome experience!

I had the nachos which were made with a variety of fresh ingredients and a passionfruit margarita. Both were delightful, not your typical but also not out of the realm of possibility fresh and a great fusion of flavors! Beyond my expectations for a hotel establishment. I would eat here again!

Visiting from out of town. Such a convenient restaurant in the Westin/downtown. Nice environment. There’s bar seating, lounge seating and regular restaurant seating. The food was delicious. Julian provided great service and made us feel so welcome! He was so gracious and had such a great attitude and did not waiver under pressure from a large crowd from AP reading and the World Cup friendly. Will return and highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere here. it’s perfect for a low-key date night or solo date. I came myself and sat at the bar. The lighting is dim and the playlist was at the perfect volume so people didn't have to shout. I ordered the spicy paloma, and drink was high-quality and made it very smooth. Service was a bit fast on a christmas night, ans the staff was friendly. Note: It gets very crowded after 10 PM, so arrive early if you want a booth!
