Stopped by CentroVilla25 to check the space out and try some food from Flying Pig. The place itself is awesome, with 15 food vendors from all over Central and South America, a tailor/dress maker, and other spots I didn’t get a chance to check out yet. 3 tacos: chicken, steak, and a potato/veggie hash that were so good I closed my eyes to process it. The Birria tacos were the best I’ve ever had. Cleveland is lucky to have ethnic spots all over town, and this is one of the best.

Stopped in to Centro Villa25 with two of my daughters and tried Flying Pig for the first time. Jordan was working and we had amazing customer service! I had the birria tacos which were phenomenal and my daughters had the carne asada tacos. Everything was made fresh and was delicious.

We used Flying Pig Tacos to cater a get together for 14 people. The portions were generous. We chose birria, chicken, and steak as the proteins for the tacos and they were all amazing! Added refried beans which were so good! The guacamole, toppings, and sauces were so fresh and delicious. Will definitely be using Flying Pig Tacos again!!!

My boyfriend and I did the cooking experience with Jorge and it was AMAZING. I would 100% recommend this cooking class. You will get your moneys worth in food, cultural knowledge, and great laughs. It was one of the best activities I’ve done in Cleveland. We made delicious food and made some new friends. It was a very special experience because Jorge shared some of his own personal stories and why he loves making these recipes. Please check this out!!

I had the pleasure of both dining at the CentroVilla25 location and participating in a private dining event at a friend's house. The food was excellent on both occasions. We especially enjoyed the positive energy that Chef Jorge and Jordan brought to the private dining event. We had so much fun learning about and making dishes together. It was an incredibly enjoyable and memorable experience. I highly recommend Flying Pig Tacos for both their CentroVilla25 location and private dining events, and I look forward to eating Chef Jorge's food again!
