We found this spot during a festival. We both got the carne Cali burrito and let me just say this is the closest to the burritos in Cali that I’ve had here. There was a slight spice in the sauce and was just the right amount of wetness. We also got queso with our chips and loved the jalapeño in it. Winston was our waiter and was fabulous. Our drinks were always full, service was quick, and the food was fantastic. Will definitely be back again—the drink menu looked phenomenal too!

K38 is a good spot with an enjoyable and laid-back atmosphere. The drinks were really good and refreshing, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the overall vibe. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and everything flowed smoothly throughout the visit. What stood out the most was the ambience, it has a welcoming, casual feel that makes it easy to unwind and stay awhile. If you’re stopping in for drinks or a full meal, it’s a place that delivers a good experience. I will definitely be back.

I’m a longtime fan of the Surf. Eat. Live. Restaurants. Starting back more than 20 years ago at Kiva Grill. Then Tower 7 and K38. Tacos, burritos, rolls, margaritas, salsa, guacamole, all delicious. Shamill was an excellent server.

Sydney was a great server. She made some great recommendations which we went with and ended up being stuffed! The food was delicious- Blackened shrimp burrito and the Tower Buritto. Highly recommend this place and will be back!

I order some pineapple,shrimp ,bacon enchiladas was so delicious and I ask the waitress Koryn for recommendations for a drink and I got cactus caliente omg was so delicious.. the servers Koryn she was so sweet and nice and staff look very friendly everyone was so nice and smile. Definitely I will come back my Dish was so delicious the definitely i had to come .
