The service here was outstanding, food quality and quantity as well as flavor was exquisite, very delicious. I purchased the birria tacos with a side of French fries covered in cheese. The tacos were rich in flavor with two variations of salsa to add to them and the consome was great! The chips and salsa were also very good, just added a pinch of salt. The plate with the combination plater of two enchiladas and a chicken taco was really good too, the enchiladas were rich in flavor as well tho not as much as the birria tacos. Damian was an excellent waiter and bar tender, balancing multiple jobs while delivering phenomenal customer service leading to a great experience. The salsas had plenty of flavor and just the right amount of spice to them, but I guess that depends on the spice tolerance level mine is some what high.

Sadie's is a must for us at least every few months. There's usually enough parking available every time we go. We like to show up early on Friday evening, like 5 o'clock and we are seated right away. They are well known for such good service. Most of the time, the waiters/waitresses stay on top of refilling chips and salsa and they keep drinks filled. Their fresh salsa hands down is the best there is. I highly recommend their fried green chile strips, so good. We didn't have to wait long for our meals. The food here is always great. After our meal, we enjoyed our sopapillas. The sound of the restaurant wasn't too bad. This is something my husband struggles with at various places. Perhaps it was our earlier dinner time. Although I didn't visit the restroom this time, I can say that the bathrooms are usually clean and well supplied. They have a little gift shop, where you can get the jarred salsa among other things.

This place is wonderful, came highly recommend by the locals. We are visiting from Dallas and told this was the best for authentic New Mexico cuisine and it did not disappoint. The green chili stew with garlic bread was just the right amount of spicy, so delicious I would love the recipe, and the grilled taco shells on the taco plate with spicy beef were delightful. Our server was attentive and helpful. Top notch. Go try Sadie's if you're in Albuquerque! They even have a gift shop!

We had an amazing experience at Sadie’s in Albuquerque, New Mexico! I ordered the taco burger and my hubby had the tamales, and wow — everything was sooo good. The flavors were spot-on and truly authentic. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. I also loved learning about the history of Sadie’s — it added such a special touch to the meal. And the best part? They serve sopapillas with your meal (yes, plural 😍). We will definitely be coming back for more authentic New Mexican food!

Had an amazing lunch here on our first visit. Excellent service. The lunch specials were well prepared, fresh and delicious and generous. If that's not enough, they provide fresh Sopaipillas and iced tea (on request).
