The green chili and the salsa are excellent. The ribeye had an excellent taste and was great portion size. If you're hungry!! Sopapillas are brought right to your table. They are excellent with honey. The burrito Christmas style is wonderful enough to feed.Two people expect to take some home. Service is good. We had no way to get to a table.

This was my first visit to New Mexico and I was really looking forward to Southwestern food, so I was happy that Sadie’s came highly recommended—and even happier that I went. The ground beef enchiladas were fine and came with 2 sopapillas, which were not as "sweet" as publicized, more like fried dough (Indian puri or buttura). The plate was a bit messy in presentation, with beans and papas spread over everything, and the blue corn tortilla flavor was mostly lost under the generous layers of sauce, lettuce, and cheese. I ordered my enchiladas “Christmas” style (both red and green chile), but the heat level was milder than the excellent spicy salsa that came with the complimentary chips.The house margaritas are now highly recommended—by me. Service from Santiago was warm, attentive, and added to the overall positive experience. Overall, I loved the experience and would happily return to explore more of the menu.

Yup this is the spot. Sadie’s tacos with spicy beef. Hearty plate with beans and Mexican home fries. Loved the chewy hard shell taco. Chips and salsa served right away, it was super spicy but I loved it. And the sopapillas, puff pastry that you add honey to were irresistible, I could have eaten another basket if I was sitting there all day! Friendly and attentive staff. 👍🏽👍🏽

Visited on a Saturday evening with a group of fifteen. It was very busy, so the wait from being seated to getting our food was 1:45hrs. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The menu offers many classic New Mexican dishes. The overall taste of the items we tried was decent, but some dishes felt a little low on salt. The unlimited chips, salsa and drink refills were nice, and the queso was the highlight of the meal. A good place to experience local flavors, especially if you visit during a less crowded time.

My new barber recommended Sadie's New Mexican restaurant. The attentive waiter first brought out a basket of chips & salsa. I got one of the weekend specials which was a burrito smothered in NM red chili🌶️ sauce & coffee ☕ They give you complementary sopapilla & put honey on it. The honey is provided on the table.
