Saw great reviews (4.6, 10k on DD) for this spot when we were in New Mexico. We wanted to try some authentic food, so we had to try it. Boy were we impressed, everything was so delicious! We got the chicken enchiladas, beef and papa taco, and pork tamale. The red and green chile was definitely the show stopper, very different from anything I’ve tasted. Literally salivating as I write this. Portions were also good. Not sure how the service is as we got takeout, but I highly recommend trying this place out. We cannot wait to be back!

We recently had a nice team outing at the aquarium and decided to stop by afterward and we are so glad we did. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the whole experience was welcoming and enjoyable. It was the perfect place to sit down, relax, and enjoy a good meal together. Highly recommend Los Compadres Restaurant for great food, good service, and a comfortable local dining experience!

Its a Mexican restaurant that doesn't serve beer, I didn't think that was legal. That being said, the service was great and attentive. The prices were actually better than I thought they would be but I was not satisfied by their chili relleno plate. Maybe it was an off night or just not their specialty but I did notice everyone else eating tacos and they looked good. Normally I would give them another chance but since I cannot order a beer or margarita I just have to go elsewhere. ( sign posted before you walk in )

We had breakfast here in November 2025. We were greeted and seated promptly after entering, and complimentary chips and salsa awaited us at our table. We both had egg dishes. I had eggs with sausage and green chili and my partner had eggs with adovada. Both of us greatly enjoyed our plates. The chili as well as the salsa was hot enough without being overpowering. We also got an order of salsa and an order of green chili to go and enough chips to feed us and our friends for days! Reasonable prices, great service. We hope to return the next time we are in Albuquerque. Plenty of free parking in the lot.

Super yummy red chile bacon breakfast burrito! Super reasonable prices! Really nice servers and staff! Highly recommended!
