Had been wanting to try Lily's for awhile and it did not disappoint! This is a family owned spot and everyone there was so welcoming. Chips and salsa were great and the mole enchiladas were amazing! Authentic flavors but in a way you can tell is a special family recipe. Queso and refried beans were also absolutely delicious. Will definitely be adding it to our regular rotation. Photos are more atmospheric because I enjoyed the food too quickly to capture it.

Small, family owned GEM! Mole tastes like my grandmothers 💙 Everything was absolutely delicious and the best fideo I’ve had in a restaurant by far! Prices were so reasonable and the owner was so down to earth. I can’t say enough about this place! We will definitely be back 😊

This family owned restaurant is a gem for authentic Mexican food in Kansas City. The atmosphere is very quaint and inviting to enjoy. The food is absolutely delicious. My daughter and I stopped in for dinner and had an amazing meal and experience. I was so impressed with the food and I must admit that Lilly’s has the best rice which I have eaten in the Kansas City area. Later in the same week and given this first experience, I told my wife while shopping in the metro area that since we were near the area, that I wanted to eat at Lilly’s. We were thirty minutes away - and yes, the food is so delicious, I would travel an hour if needed. The owner came out and spoke to us, as if we were neighbors - adding to the positive atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable. 5-Star restaurant for sure and authentic Mexican cuisine! Highly recommend Lilly’s Cantina!!!

We had terrific spreads and a great fideo soup. Every dish was delicious and the service was friendly and attentive. They definitely made us feel welcome.

Tiny little cantina on the blvd. The atmosphere was super easy and laid back. It’s a family kitchen and boy can momma cook. The margaritas were chefs kiss too. If you are looking for a good authentic Mexican with a little American fusion, Lilly’s is the place.
