Brilliant tacos at Acosta’s! We visited on a quiet Saturday afternoon. Sampled the tacos al pastor and a machete with chicken. Loved the tacos - the pastor meat was some of the best we’ve had in the city. The machete was great - it’s massive! We also really liked the rice and beans, especially the rice. They served the tacos with two salsas - one red that was spicy but not too spicy and one green that was absolutely incredible. We want more of that green salsa. Not pictured - we also had chips and salsa - those were served with a green salsa served warm that was very unique and delicious. We will absolutely return for more!

Then service was friendly and attentive and the food was excellent! All the meats we tried were flavorful,.carnitas,.birria and asada.

Just tried this place for my first time on tuesday night. Dont think twice just go. You wont be disappointed. I got the taco special, birra tacos and machete. The amount of flavor, so so good.. My favorite is the birra tacos. Out of this world. Best I have tried in KC. The cosume i just started to drink it woth every bite 😂😂😂 . So good going back sunday and showing my friend because i cant stop talking about here.

Delicious authentic Mexican food. I got the quesabirrias and they were amazing. Generous portions and the salsas were also top notch. I'll return to try some other dishes.
