Overpriced, chaos decor and terrible food! I really wanted to like this new spot, but it was a total letdown. Walking in, the decor is sensory overload—it’s a mishmash of every lighting fixture and tile pattern imaginable. The menu is huge and the prices are sky-high, but the food doesn't back it up. The Paella en Piña Suprema had absolutely no presentation and tasted horrible. To top it off, they have plenty of staff walking around, and a manager even asked how things were. But when I asked for two simple glasses of water, they were never delivered. Huge disappointment. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

We ate here for the first time and wasnt happy. They did have alot of food options. I had to send my food back it didnt taste good. This place is more for liquor drinks not food. They focused more on the looks than the food. Will not be back here. Everything is $20 and up.

Wanted to try this new restaurant and the service was terrible from the time we put our name on the guest list to the time we left. When we walked in they told us the wait was 20 minutes. 20 minutes quickly turned into 1.5 hour wait. Came inside to ask where we were and they kept saying several parties were in front of us. Then when we told them ok we were leaving they somehow had a table available. Then we sat and waited 20 minutes for a waitress while other tables around us who had just sat got a waiter immediately. Ordered food and drinks. Drinks took about an hour to come out and didn’t come out with the sparkler like every other table. Food also took forever. Probably won’t return to this location.

This was a crazy experience. Customer service was wonderful. Felt like I was in a dream. I don’t want to ruin the surprise. Long story short: alcohol, transformers, fireworks
