I used to enjoy this restaurant for its quality and generous portions. After years, I ordered takeout and was very disappointed. The food lacked flavor, portions were extremely small for the price ($30+per meal), and several items were poorly prepared. The salmon was tasteless, shrimp portions were minimal, and the chicken tacos were steamed instead of grilled with very small portions. Overall, the value did not match the cost. I would not recommend this restaurant given the price and experience.

I stopped by Lauriol Plaza for the first time the other day, and what a beautiful restaurant it is. The service was fantastic, I asked the waiter for recommendations and they shared them eagerly. I ordered a chicken burrito which included complimentary chips and salsa. It was more than enough food for me! I should note that my rice was a bit overdone.

Excellent food, great prices, beautiful location, and friendly staff that went above and beyond in helping me find my girlfriend’s mom’s lost gold earrings! I love this place and these people. 10/10

Man! This place has been around for a while, and while we no longer live in the area, everytime we stay a few days in DC, we always hit this spot! Some of the best food all around! Don't get me started with the Margaritas! Atmosphere is great for a good time, service is top notch! I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting or just on the mood to eat some good Mexican dishes.

We just went for lunch. My parents love this spot and so they brought me to it! It was delicious. Quesadilla of Seafood and Lobster and Pork Bites were both a 5/5 stars in what my parents ate. They are now charging for the salsa and chips if you get more which was like whoaaa?? I mean they are delicious…! But hmmm that’s why we want our food.. I enjoyed the Beef Enchilada. I liked the beans that came in the side.
