From start to finish, this place delivers the kind of unforgettable flavors that make you want to come back again and again. We ordered the hamachi collars, agua chile tuna, and the birria dumplings, and every single dish was next-level delicious. The hamachi collars were perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, the agua chile tuna was vibrant and refreshing, and the birria dumplings… absolutely mind-blowing. Each bite showed just how talented and creative the kitchen team is. If you're searching for one of the best restaurants in Mesa or looking for unique, elevated bites in Arizona, Espiritu is a must-visit. First time here, can't believe i never came. The whole place is such a vibe, great music and amazing food/drinks. We went with the ahi tuna ceviche(best i have ever had and im Hispanic) also tried the waygu birria dumplings and chayote salad bother very good. And last i ordered the phoenix drink it was amazing cant wait to come back.

A real gem of a restaurant. Really nice and warm ambience and friendly staff. I had an old fashioned cocktail with smoked cinnamon, oysters from the raw bar, and the mesquite grilled skirt steak. All were excellent. I really enjoyed the flavors of the skirt steak with the Bacanora beans. I finished with the jalapeno and corn bread ice cream. I'm looking forward to visiting Espirtu again soon.

Great time had! Meal was amazing, drinks were great, cool vibe and the music was a vibe. Had the red snake and dumplings. Such good food we will definitely be back and shout out to our server Nate the best of the best!!!

We went last weekend for our anniversary dinner and we're surprised to see they had expanded and have much more seeting. Normally we go there because the food and drinks are very good and somewhat unique. The staff was very nice and gave us complimentary champagne.. My normal favorite is the skirt steak with those amazing beans, but this time I had to go for the whole fish. The red snapper was cooked to perfection and very tasty, I recommend it if you have never tried it this way before. The birria dumplings were amazing as well. We will be back again soon for sure!
