Wife and I were visiting VA Beach and wanted to try this place. Since we had a baby and a dog with us, we chose to sit outside. The hostess was friendly and helped clean the table and the chairs as it had rained earlier and there was some water on the outdoor tables. Unfortunately, the food was meh. Wife and I both got a burrito and burrito bowl respectively and a large margarita and ceviche to share. The ceviche was whole shrimp, and some large chunks of white fish on a bed of lettuce and tortilla chips. Would have been better if the shrimp and fish was chopped up. My guess, the seafood came out of a store bought bag. The burritos were also very mediocre. I got the surf and turf bowl with shrimp and steak. Mine was decent. Wife got El Hugo and it was flavorless and leaking juices, making it hard to eat. On the plus side, the wait staff was friendly and also gave a free brownie before we left. The Over all, it was mediocre food and I recommend to adjust expectations when ordering food. Maybe we should've stuck to bar food? The drinks list was extensive so maybe next time, we'll be back for the drinks.

Stopped by while on vacation and I was pleased. The food was very tasty and came out in decent time. The drinks were good especially the horchata. Prices were reasonable, and overall the experience didn’t disappoint. Would go back again

This is a Mexican fast food restaurant where you order and sit down and the food gets brought to you with a number. You can leave your dirty plates on the table someone will come clear it. There's a bar in this restaurant but no wait staff. The nachos was delicious. There is plenty of cheese on this nacho. If you want you can add it chica style which adds tomatoes, cilantro, lettuce and jalapeno. Carne asada tacos were pretty good. Carne asada quesadillas was very good as well. The food here is not too greasy and pretty tasty. They also have VEGAN CHEESE so you can get dairy-free carne asada or chicken quesadillas! It was super delicious.

Very good Mexican-American food. I had the asada tacos with corn on the cob. It was a happy hour for food, so I had 3 tacos instead of 2. Great food, great service. I spent around $16–$20. My friend had happy hours shrimp tacos, and she said that it was very good.

Great location right at the heart of the main strip. Decent ambiance, the place does need a good renovation and fridge cleaning. I ordered the carne asada taco with elote and salsa chips. The salsa was really watery and the chips were very thin. But overall ok. The tacos were ok. The meat could have used a bit more seasoning. The elote was pretty good. May come again. Decent patio seating.
