An truly outstanding dining experience. Tinnies takes Mexican cuisine to a level of sophistication that is rarely found. Every dish arrived beautifully presented, with flavors that speak to an authentic, thoughtful kitchen — from the quality of the ingredients to the very last detail. The service was attentive, warm, and professional, striking exactly the right balance for a restaurant of this caliber. The atmosphere is equally impressive: an inviting space that makes you want to linger, enjoy great conversation, and savor every moment. If you are looking for genuine Mexican fine dining, Tinnies delivers on every level. Highly recommended — do not miss it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tinie’s Mexican Cuisine is such a gem in Fort Worth! The rooftop atmosphere overlooking downtown Fort Worth is absolutely beautiful and makes the entire experience even more special. Whether you’re going for date night, drinks with friends, or dinner, the vibe is unmatched. Their drink selection is fantastic, and every cocktail we tried was amazing. The food is just as impressive, authentic cuisine full of flavor and beautifully presented. You can tell they truly care about quality and creating a great dining experience from start to finish.

I've been meaning to write this review for awhile, but bottom line - This Place is PHENOMENAL!!! I want to specifically thank Kristin Deaton for inviting my girlfriend and me out to experience the yearly Margarita competition that was hosted on February 18, 2026. We had an absolute blast. Customer Service EXTREMELY OUT OF THIS WORLD! Special thanks to Eddie, Bri, Jonny, and Carlo. They truly made our experience amazing -they had phenomenal recommendations for both drinks and food items! Food ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS AND WORTH THE PRICE! Flavoring was phenomenal, freshness was well above par, temperature was perfect, and everything tasted special made for us! The food was fairly filling, all depending on your gullet - we just got some tacos to take the edge off so I cannot speak on the portion size for the larger entree plates. Parking Semi-tough depending on the situation and day. There is street parking and some paid parking. We did not have a problem, but just wanted to set proper expectations - it's a variable depending on the day and time.

I came across this spot thanks to Fort Worth Lovelist and the rooftop aesthetic had me curious…and it did not disappoint. The rooftop view is absolutely top-tier — you get that full Fort Worth skyline moment, and it really sets the tone for the evening. The overall vibe is giving “grown, polished, and outside” — perfect for a date night or a cute girls night out. It’s sexy without trying too hard. Now let’s talk about this food. They describe the menu as authentic Mexican cuisine inspired by Mexico City, which was a refreshing shift from the usual Tex-Mex we’re used to in Texas. The Trio of Guacamole was actually fun to try — the bacon jam topped one was my favorite hands down. The shrimp and pickled onion one didn’t hit as strong in flavor as I expected, but I’d still order it again. The Basket of Hand-Made Empanadas... Listen. They had birria inside. I was not expecting to be that impressed — but I was. So good. And the Crispy Octopus was a nice change from the typical calamari situation most places do. Definitely worth trying if you like branching out a bit. I’ll definitely be back — and if you haven’t been yet, go ahead and put it on your list. Go sooner rather than later.

Nice restaurant for traditional Mexican food. May need to make reservations, as we did at 4pm on a Monday. Manager/host was very pleasant and welcoming. The rooftop patio was great with perfect weather. the margaritas were delicious but a little pricey for the tequila they use. When the server asked us if we wanted to know his favorites, he went down the list on each and every menu items. the amuse bouche was a nice touch and tasty. the filet was cooked perfectly, but should have been seasoned with salt and pepper. the mole sauce didn't quite accommodate the filet but ok. Mole was ok, I was used to a deep rich flavorful sauce. chili relleno was good, bean sauce and stuffed with beans. cheesecake was good, but had a keylime pie texture. Almost all dishes were gluten free. The server was the best, ask for Jon. margaritas outstanding, food good, but very pricey. Parking could and will be a problem. Love the vibe in the restaurant. Good change from what is around town. We will try brunch next time.
