Polanco was an incredible dining experience from beginning to end. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between upscale and comfortable. The restaurant has a sophisticated feel without being overly formal, making it ideal for a date night, celebration, or simply a great meal out. Every dish that came to the table was beautifully presented and clearly prepared with attention to detail. We started with the bread service, which paired perfectly with the rich, flavorful spread. The tuna tostada was exceptionally fresh and packed with flavor, while the enchiladas were one of the most visually stunning dishes of the evening and tasted just as impressive as they looked. The steak was cooked perfectly and complemented by crispy textures and fresh greens that brought the entire dish together. What stood out most was the consistency. Every course looked amazing, tasted amazing, and felt thoughtfully prepared. It’s rare to find a restaurant where presentation and flavor are equally impressive, but Polanco delivers on both. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the pacing of the meal allowed us to truly enjoy each course. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped create an overall experience rather than just serving a meal. If you’re looking for one of the best dining experiences in Fort Worth, Polanco is absolutely worth a visit. Between the atmosphere, service, presentation, and incredible food, it easily earns five stars. We left already talking about what we’ll order on our next visit.

We had an amazing experience here! I especially want to recognize our waiter, Abraham, who provided truly exceptional service. From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly kind, respectful, and attentive. His knowledge of the menu was impressive — he answered all of our questions with confidence and gave great recommendations that we absolutely loved. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only professional but also genuinely warm and welcoming. Abraham made our entire dining experience feel special. I sincerely hope his efforts are recognized — he is a true asset. The food was just as outstanding — everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. You can tell a lot of care goes into the cuisine. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Margaritas were excellent, especially the classic El Nevado. The appetizer fuego esquite was a unique experience (roasted corn covered in cheese and crushed takis). For dinner the New York strip was the overall favorite. Views were amazing of downtown and there was a mariachi band. Overall a really nice experience. Other notes: Complimentary valet + you’ll most likely need a reservation. Would recommend!

Polanco in Fort Worth was an amazing experience from start to finish. Diana was absolutely phenomenal — attentive, knowledgeable, and made the entire evening feel special without ever being overbearing. Her recommendations were spot on. The drinks were beautifully crafted and perfectly balanced. You can tell care goes into every detail — from presentation to flavor. The atmosphere is stunning. The bows and decor add such a unique, upscale touch while still feeling warm and inviting. It’s the perfect setting for a date night or celebration. And the food… incredible. The octopus was cooked perfectly — tender with amazing texture — and the sauces were next-level. Every bite had depth and intention. Overall, such a great evening. Highly recommend if you’re looking for elevated Mexican cuisine with exceptional service in Fort Worth.

Visited on a low-key Sunday afternoon, the bartender was friendly and he was very creative with the drinks! The atmosphere was very upscale, and the TVs showed beautiful pictures of Mexico City! I would highly recommend coming here, bar service is just as great as table service.
