We were a party of 9 on the patio. It was a Saturday on a weekend with many graduates around town, so it was busy. Pros: *Sat us right away despite party of 9 *Gabriel (server) was pretty darn attentive, kept our waters full. *Kept the chips/salsa coming while we waited for food. *Fajitas were good. *Steak & Eggs good. Cons: *Seemed to take a while for food *Three peoples plates were forgotten and came quite a bit later *Chopped Salad? Was very Meh. *Someone got a butrito that was Meh. *One mix-up on a beer order... confused by Server, or at the bar, unknown. All in all, not bad considering how busy it was.

We came on Easter, and thankfully it was open. It was as good as ever, and I think I enjoyed this location more than the one in grapevine. The room wasn't as loud so it was pleasant to be there. As for the staff and food no complaints.

Everything was absolutely fantastic and delicious! The birria quesa tacos and the slow cooked brisket tacos filling and immaculate. The rice is delicious and tasted amazing. The guacamole was super fresh and very enjoyable. The staff was very helpful, friendly and informative. The atmosphere was welcoming and cozy. Our waitress, Lauren and the manager, (I didn't get his name, sorry) made it a great experience and we will be back soon. Great place for a date or to enjoy the game and great drink specials.

It was me and my moms first time at the blue goose catina. melissa took great care of us she was so sweet and so on top of everything the food was beyond amazing the shrimp was incredible. the managers even gave us these fun glow up straws it was the best time! we will for sure be back!

Came here with the family after playing pickleball last night. It was interesting. Our server took her hair down. When we first got there it was up in a clip or ponytail. Then it wasn't. I saw her playing in her hair multiple times. Service was crazy slow. Our server seemed to be the only one really working. Other servers were sitting rolling silverware so I'm assuming they were cut but there were plenty of sat tables. My salad was good. My husband got the birria tacos. He said they were good. The beans were awful. The rice wasn't good. The chicken fajitas were dry and the smoke flavor was too much. I think the kitchen was short staffed bc it took a long time for our food to come out and person in my party didn't get her food until everyone else was pretty much done eating. I have other things I could complain about but atp it doesn't matter. The hair was enough for me not to come back.
