It was our first time here. We loved the ambience. We were told it was 25 minutes to be seated but was actually less than 10 minutes. Trinity was our server and did an amazing job refilling our drinks and constantly checking on us. We ordered chips and salsa for our appetizer. The chips were on point and the salsa was extremely tasty and not too hot. We made our orders and the food came out in a very reasonable amount of time. We ordered the chipotle chicken tacos, fajita chicken flautas and chicken tacos. Everything but the rice was great. The rice did not have flavor and was very light. We will definitely come back to try some different dishes. I recommend this place to everyone!

Amazing food. Great atmosphere! Never had a bad meal at Pappasito's. Service can be spotty but the food more than makes up for it! The Pappasito's Grill is a favorite with beef and chicken grilled with Brochette Shrimp and pineapple pico de gallo and the garlic butter they've become famous for! Yummy 😋

Superb from start to finish! Joee was an amazing server, very personable, fun, and knowledgeable! We ordered drinks, an appetizer, and then a family meal #2. The diablo shrimp and quail gave us new favorites to go back for! We had plenty of food and sides for all 3 of us to enjoy (with a little left for a breakfast). Finished off with the tres leches for a fabulous treat. We will return!!

So I bring my mom here almost once a month after her doctors appointment. I have not always been the biggest fan. But in the last few months I have actually been able to enjoy the food. The rice is cooked and not raw and crunchy like it used to be. The salsa has more bite to it and doesn't taste burned all the time. The beans have more flavor and the tortillas are thinner and fluffier. So thank you for stepping up your game because I used to dread spending food money on poorly cooked food. Since my mom only likes certain places to eat its really nice that I can enjoy it to. Plus the Reserve margaritas are really good. Always order the chicken fajitas because they are moist and tender. Still scared to get the beef fajitas because they are always served rare and I still can't go that far.

I have to give a heartfelt shout-out to Pappasito's for making a celebration truly unforgettable. Last night, my wife and I dined there to honor not only my birthday, but hers from last August as well, and our August anniversary—a triple celebration that felt especially meaningful after surviving a near-fatal accident that we’re still recovering. From the moment we were seated, the warmth of the staff was evident. Our server, Maria, asked if we were celebrating anything special, and I shared our story with her. The meal was everything we hoped for—delicious food and the exceptional service that Pappasito's is famous for. But what happened next made the evening extraordinary: the manager came to our table, having heard our story from Maria. With genuine kindness, the manager took care of our check and thanked us for choosing Pappasito's for celebrating a significant occasion. This dinner was already special, but the thoughtful gestures from Maria and the manager elevated it to something we’ll never forget. I wish I remembered the manager’s name, but his generosity spoke volumes. I enjoyed the snapper tacos, while my wife of 45 years savored the cheese enchiladas. We toasted with a margarita and ended the night with a wonderful dessert. Thanks to this incredible experience, Pappasito's will be a permanent place in our hearts—and on our list of favorite restaurants.
