Here on buisness but taco chella gives you that little treat like your at a taco shop in your home town. The guy behind the truck is super cool. Keep doing your thing. I got the steak burrito and chips/queso.

I was staying at Margaritaville Hotel Nashville and had a clear view of the street and nearby food trucks from my room. I witnessed a man walk to a silver Honda, open both doors, urinate, and then walk directly back into one of the food trucks. It was extremely disturbing to see. If someone feels comfortable doing something like that in public and then immediately returning to handle food, it raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene practices behind closed doors. I even took a photo of my view from the room to show how clearly visible the area was from above. Very disappointing and honestly concerning as a visitor.

Not the worst tacos ever, but close. Ordered carne asada and it was basically ground beef. No sauce or anything so it was dry. Super overpriced. $23 for 4 tacos and a coke

2022 Food Truck Month, Part 3 We caught up with “Taco Chela” on the corner of Korean Veteran’s Boulevard and Rep. John Lewis Way, South in Nashville, Tennessee. Based upon what we observed, it would appear that they are putting down some (at least temporary) roots, so this location should be solid for the foreseeable future. The most noteworthy things from this visit include: *The contributions of the pineapple upon the “Pastor” tacos. *The contributions of the marinated flank steak upon the “Carne Asada” tacos. *The contributions of the chipotle creme upon the “Pollo Rojo” tacos. This place is worthy of another visit from Henry’s Take…and your first visit, as well. And that’s…Henry’s Take. #nashvillefoodtrucks

I walked up and I asked what’s kind of taco meat they had and he pointed me to go around the taco truck as he was watching his little soccer game. I asked for my food and he seemed very uninterested in attending me, looks like he wanted to get back to his soccer game. Seems like they forget that customers are what feed them and pay their bills to be able to watch their little futbol games. The carne asada and pastor aren’t all that, on top of that it’s flour tortilla, nothing authentic about that. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for real Mexican tacos.
