The server was friendly, patient and punctual. The atmosphere was calming and enjoyable. The food was not entirely the best. The vegetables were not the freshest. The carne (steak) was dried out and flavorless. The rice was tasty and fluffy. The chips are thin and crispy! Probably would not return to this restaurant for the food but maybe for the vibe and friendly people.

Last night was a total surprise at Mas Amigos. I used to eat at this location weekly 15 years ago and yesterday I found myself wanting to go there. I didn't expect to find a beautiful restaurant! Very well decorated. The food is still GREAT and I highly recommend the cheese enchiladas and the chicken fajitas #tnchrisapproved

Good food and service, food came out really fast. The renovation is a little ahead of it's time for that area and a big difference from when it was La Hacienda. I hope it works out well for them because it was an enjoyable meal at a reasonable price for a nicer place! They had a good musical playlist! Also I thought their drink list was hilarious because they have Long Island Teas on the menu. So they are ready to party which could be very fun.

Wow, Date-worthy establishment without a doubt. The food is genuine and absolutely perfect. Tacos Brillia is the best ever! Marinated beef with a dip and warm soft but crunchy tortillas and the salsa is very unique. A tasteful all of its own, served with light, crunchy chips with just the right amount of salt. All this served in an immaculate, tasteful lobby directly beside a well stocked and perfectly arranged bar. The service was great and the food prepared and served almost TOO fast. 😂 Great people and great quality food!

Absolutely phenomenal! Being from NM, I am pretty critical of Mexican restaurants. Mas Amigos is the BEST Mexican restaurant we have found in TN after 3 years of living here! The dishes were excellent, both the steak and chicken were super tender and very flavorful. Eduardo was an outstanding server, very friendly, took great care of us. The place is open, well kept and very inviting. We had the steak fajitas, chicken nachos, taco salad and tacos Dorado. All excellent. Their salsa is the very best we have had in TN. Our Son hates salsa and even he loved this salsa.
