Just visited Nashville, and the Bakersfield Nashville was my favorite restaurant out of all the restaurants we ate at. The tacos were beyond phenomenal, and priced fairly. My favorite were the huitlacoche, which have corn truffle, roasted poblano, and corn- they were absolutely to die for, and when I go back, they will be the only tacos I order! The margaritas were incredible, and expertly made. The service was friendly and wonderful- our party felt very welcome. I loved the open seating and that the restaurant opens onto the sidewalk. I wish I had more time in Nashville because I would’ve gone back to this restaurant. I highly, highly recommend it!!

We always stop here for tacos and cocktails when we are in Nashville. The food, service, and ambience are fantastic! They have quite an extensive selection of bourbons and tequilas. We enjoyed the seasonal margaritas this time. Still can’t decide which we liked more, the cranberry ginger or the apple cider margs. Both were delicious! I tried the stuffed poblano and was literally blown away! It is my new fave at this restaurant and for $10, you can’t go wrong!

We stopped in for a late lunch and were seated right away. While the hostess wasn’t particularly welcoming, she did get us settled quickly. Our server, Delaney, was warm and attentive, which set a great tone for the meal. We started with the chips and guacamole (10/10) — fresh, flavorful, and definitely the highlight. We tried a variety of tacos; while most were just okay, the short rib and Baja shrimp stood out as our favorites. All in all, it was a good experience.

We walked in at lunch and were seated immediately. Our server was great. We loved the food and atmosphere. My favorite taco was the short rib. I’d definitely come back.

Hands down one of our all time FAVES in Nashville!!!! Food and drinks are made fresh, with fresh ingredients and delivered fast!!! Jeff has been our server many times! He is the BEST!!! Attentive, knowledgeable, and hilarious! He makes each visit extra special for us knowing that we are out on a date. If you go in the evening or weekend, make a reservation. They stay super busy in those peak times, understandable so. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
