Viva Mexican Kitchen delivers an excellent dining experience. I stopped in for a work lunch with coworkers and was impressed by the friendly service and how quickly the food came out. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor, clearly made with care. The birria is a standout. Rich, savory, and absolutely worth ordering. Highly recommend if you’re looking for delicious, modern Mexican cuisine.

Their food is delicious besides the tres leches  it was super dry and flavorless. I love their steak. It’s always tender and juicy. Guacamole needs some seasoning because they don’t season it at all. But you can tell that it’s very fresh. This business does a lot of false advertisement not only the first time that I come they advertise that you get four tacos but then when it comes to your table, it’s only three. Today I went for Mother’s Day and they advertise that All mothers get a free bouquet and strawberry and cream dessert. False, they lied. They only gave out one singular flower or you could get the strawberry cream dessert. They need to stop with the false advertisement cause it’s misleading to customers. I can’t go back and find the other advertisement where it said that you get both the dessert and the bouquet. We spent well over $130 not including tip for two people. And still gave out a $20 tip. And we would’ve came regardless, if there was flowers or not, but we don’t appreciate being misled and lied to!!!!

It’s a beautiful place. You can feel the vibes from Mexico. I went to dine in on the patio, there’s only 4 tables, it’s not ready yet but it promise be something awesome on spring and summer. I ordered pork belly guac and tiradito ribeye, pork belly is so crunchy and the guac is perfect. Ribeye on tiradito was so tender and the juice on top was really good. It’s a beautiful place to spend your time on Sunday. I asked some cocktails and the flavor is really good you can feel the alcohol and the fruit, I ordered 2 hibiscus margarita and 2 viva margarita. I spend a good time with my friends.

Wow!! This place was beautiful, i really admired the hand painted artwork throughout the restaurant. The service was fantastic, menu was easy to read and server was helpful with popular items! The guacamole was very fresh and my favorite plates were the fajitas, chicken tacos and taquitos! To drink i had the viva margarita and spring in jalisco, both were extremely refreshing! Staff were welcoming, attentive and fast! This restaurant is a great addition to the arena district! Many blessing for a prosperous business! I will be back next week to celebrate my birthday!

great tacos! tried the asada, carnitas, and pastor tacos; all of which were amazing. definitely recommend if you are in the area:)
