Marissa at Condado Tacos on High Street provided absolutely amazing customer service! From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming, attentive, and made the entire experience enjoyable. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly, but Marissa’s hospitality is what will keep us coming back. She made us feel valued as customers and brought such great energy to the atmosphere. If you stop by Condado Tacos, definitely ask for Marissa she is a true example of excellent customer service!

I ordered the rice and black beans base with tex mex ground beef, pickled red onions, monterey cheese, cheddar cheese and sour cream with chips and queso (no jalapeños or paprika). First time, I received someone else's chicken bowl. Doordash didn't help so I called Condados. He said, I can get a refund or they can resend my order. I'm working and hungry so I chose resend. I got the chips and queso but only rice with beans. (No meat, cheese, sour cream or red pickled onions) I am very upset about paying so much and not receiving my correct order, not once, but twice. I used to love this restaurant but, now, I am unsure about ordering here, in the future. Update: They reached out and corrected the mistake. I greatly appreciate it and may try again sometime in the future.

The beef tacos are amazing!!!!! Brisket, and Baja tacos are good, but the beef tacos were next level. Queso was very good and flavorful!!! I was so impressed with this place. Overall very fresh food, good service and drinks.

I was visiting Columbus for a show at the Palace theater and was looking for a quick bite to eat before the show. Having been to a condados in my area, I generally got very quick service and food. It seems I was not the only one that had the same idea and this place was absolutely packed. People were waiting outside in the 24 degree weather. I was a party of one so I only waited about 15 minutes for a two top table. My drink order and chips/salsa order came out super quick and was able to start snacking on my chorizo dip and chips shortly after placing the order. My actual lettuce bowl took significantly longer unfortunately. Much longer then I have ever had to wait at a condados before. Thankfully it arrived in time for me to eat and get to my show but I grossly miscalculated the amount of time I would be spending to grab my food and eat. Atmosphere wise, this place is crazy loud and it would be very hard to have a conversation at a larger table without having to raise your voice. Being by myself and placed at a table in the rear of the small building right by the restrooms, it was tolerable but the main seating area was just obnoxiously loud. Food was excellent and exactly what I would expect from condados so not complaints there at all.

They are super cool here. No long wait times. The waitresses are awesome. The place is clean, the environment is fun. Can get busy but the tacos are so good and worth it. Also if it's nice out the patio is an awesome place to eat. You like tacos and all the toppings then you gotta try Condado Tacos!
