Informed them that my children had dairy allergy (via phone) BEFORE I ORDERED. They said it wasn’t a problem and they would make it without cheese. Food arrived with cheese everywhere and when I called back they said they were too busy and “forgot” to alert the kitchen. If you have allergies, this place does not care about your life. Spent over $100 and they refused to remake the food because I ordered on UberEats. Even after I offered to come pick it up she said verbatim “there’s nothing we can do”. I understand when you order through third party they obviously cannot redeliver the food, but they refused to make it right (when THEY dropped the ball) and said that they “can’t” do it when in fact they simply refused. This has been the most inconsiderate experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time and I never even stepped foot in the place. Thank you Silvia for the horrible customer service, feel sorry for this place if you are actually the manager as you claim to be.

The best pina colada we ever had as well as the guacamole! The main course was delicious as well. They were also one of the few restaurants still open and serving showing the purpose they had even in the midst of the ice storm.

Food was great! The service was quick and so friendly. My son spilled his cup of water and they had about 4 people there in a minute to wipe it up and a new glass on the table. I had the quesadilla sinchronizada and got the house salsa- it was delicious!

Just delicious food at a great price! The service is extraordinarily good and the place has a fun vibe. Highly recommend!

Had the pleasure of dining here tonight as suggested by an uber driver who is from Mexico and I told him I’ll check it out. Mauricio was our server and was amazing! He was so kind and attentive. The menu has a large selection. I decided on the two option combination which was the perfect amount for comfortable full and you can go for 3 options if you have a bigger appetite. My husband had the seafood soup which he said is very good. It came out in a huge bowl. And the decor inside is cute with the woodwork carvings. The place was busy which shows its popularity. There’s also a separate bar area there. With the large menu I think you can always come and try something new. Next time I’m back in Charlotte I will definitely be back. Additionally there is ample parking with a lot in the front and continues behind the restaurant and to the side with another parking area.
