Toca Madera Las Vegas is easily one of the best restaurants in all of Las Vegas. From the second you walk in, the atmosphere is absolutely incredible and perfect for a romantic date night. The lighting, music, and overall vibe create such an upscale and intimate experience. One of the coolest fun facts is that they use real candles throughout the restaurant and spend over $10,000 a month on them alone. And honestly, it shows because the ambiance is stunning. The food was just as impressive as the atmosphere. Every dish had amazing flavor profiles and felt unique and elevated. The Tostaditas were one of the best appetizers I’ve ever had. Packed with flavor and perfectly balanced. The queso fundido is an absolute must-try and the salsa tasted incredibly fresh and homemade. This place delivers on every level: food, service, atmosphere, and overall experience. Definitely a must-visit in Las Vegas.

Toca Madera offers a truly phenomenal brunch experience that manages to be both visually stunning and culinary focused. Don’t miss out on this place, literally and figuratively. The entrance is tucked away between the Aria and the front of the mall, and because it’s a bit narrower than the surrounding storefronts, it is very easy to walk right past it. Once inside, the restaurant is gorgeous. We were guided to a table in the back area which felt like a private VIP section. It was quieter and more exclusive, making it the perfect setting to actually enjoy the meal. From the hostess to our server, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive with a genuine sense of elegance. We opted for the brunch tower and every component was impressively fresh. The fried chicken was perfectly seasoned and crisp, the avocado toast was among the best I’ve had, and the waffles were outstanding. One thing people should absolutely not overlook is the fruit. It was incredibly fresh and sweet, making it a surprise highlight of the tower. It was a generous amount of food that comfortably satisfied our group of four. It is rare to find a venue that balances such a beautiful aesthetic with high quality food, but Toca Madera executes it perfectly.

I must say this was the highlight of my Vegas trip. This was not a sushi restaurant or a Thai place doing raw marinated fish, but I honestly had the best hamachi I have had all year here. The fish was smooth and delicate, not fishy or greasy at all, and the truffle oil with yuzu seasoning was incredibly fragrant. The Flat Iron steak had a nicely seared crust and was seasoned simply with coarse sea salt, staying hot and juicy from the first bite to the last thanks to the sizzling plate. The branzino exceeded my expectations with a crispy exterior, tender inside, and a balanced mix of nuts, spices, and lemon that still kept the natural fish flavor, and the street corn on the side was simple but very addictive. Midway through the meal, the entire room suddenly went quiet when a fire performance started right in front of us, which was unexpected and impressive. Dessert came with blue flames and sparklers, and my favorite was the strawberry mini cake since it was not overly sweet. With the DJ, the food, and the performance, the whole experience felt very Vegas in the best way.

We've been here before and enjoyed the experience each time. My wife had an Old Fashioned and I ordered a G&T. We normally get the house Margaritas, which are always great. We also normally eat dinner but just stopped in for drinks this time. It was a bit slow at the time but it was a Wednesday. This still had a fire dancer providing live entertainment, which always adds to the experience. We're definitely stopping back in the next time we're at the Cosmo!

This place is awesome. I want here for my birthday and the food was amazing. The restaurant has a large bar area with nice seating and that and booths available but the best part of the restaurant is in the back where it is the main dining area. Be sure to ask for a reservation or a table that has you seated in the main dining area and not just seated in the bar. It’s a different experience. There’s even a lady that does a performance with fire, but she only does that in the main dining area and not in the bar area. The food is still the same and it’s amazing whether you eat in the bar or the dining room. I ordered the American Wagyu ribeye for two it was amazing. The meat was so tender, and it basically melted in my mouth. Since it was my birthday, they gave me a really cool complementary birthday dessert platter that was a super cool spread. The ceviche for appetizer was delicious. I also ordered the mashed potatoes to go along with the steak. I’ve eaten at all the good restaurants in Las Vegas and the steak here is right up at the top.
