We had just landed in Vegas and wanted a quick bite to eat and Nacho Daddy was so good. It’s just off the strip and super convenient to where we were staying, plus it wasn’t overly busy which was nice after traveling. We had brought in our Fat Tuesday cup and they even put it in the freezer for us while we ate which was awesome customer service. I ordered the white peach margarita with rum and it was absolutely delicious. We also got the esquites-style corn off the cob, chips and guacamole, and the chicken taquitos everything was amazing. Sabrina our waitress was so friendly, communicative, and fun to chat with. We even talked about tattoo shops and good tattoo locations off the strip. We sat outside under the awnings and it was nice and breezy. The two chairs closer to the road and that side of the table were absolutely blazing hot from the sun of course 😂 but overall it was such a good atmosphere. The decorations, vibe, food, and service all made it a great first stop after landing in Vegas.

Good food good atmosphere. Lemon pepper wings had a good flavor. Wish they had been a little crispier, nonetheless, they were good. The Fajita nachos were good too, just had to each the food fast before it got cold. And the churro sundae was good. Service was great, friendly server. Atmosphere was somewhat quiet but it started getting crowded by the time I left. If you do go there by yourself and leave the table, they may end up cleaning the table thinking you left. After I came back from washing my hands my drink was gone, luckily my server was able to assist right away. It was not cheap dining here, I was not expecting to pay close to $80 for just one person, granted I did get appetizer, main and desert, I was hungry.

Stopped by Nacho Daddy before heading to a concert and it turned out to be a great pre-show spot for drinks and appetizers. Even around 5:30pm, the restaurant was pretty busy, but the atmosphere was lively without feeling overly loud. Since I was dining solo, I grabbed a seat at the bar, and the bartenders were attentive and welcoming throughout my visit. I ordered a tequila reposado, a beer, the Daddy Wings, and the Chicken Taquitos. The Daddy Wings continue to be my favorite item here—crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The taquitos were also good, with flavorful chicken and crunchy shells that held up well even with the crema on top. The bartenders also recommended their house hot sauce and warned me it had heat… they were right 😄 Spicy, flavorful, and surprisingly addictive. I originally came in hoping for the al pastor street tacos, but I found out the menu had recently changed. They still offer tacos, just not the al pastor version I was looking for. Overall, I still had a great experience and appreciated the attentive customer service. This was my third visit to this location, and I’ll definitely be back again.

Nacho Daddy is tucked around the corner by Miracle Mile. I stopped in for lunch on a weekday afternoon and immediately got a seat. Staff was polite and prompt. The lighting is a little low in the dining area, which really highlights the flaming fajitas when you see them fired up tableside. I ordered the Filet Birria Nachos, and I didn't wait long for my order to arrive. Everything looked good and tasted very good. The portion size was filling for a single person. Overall, decent food but at around $30 for nachos the price point is a little high.

We went looking for vegetarian food and this was some of the best food we have eaten in a while!!! We loved the supreme nachos with the perfect amount of heat. We had the Mango Tango which comes with a tamarind coated straw. Perfect complement to the main course. We ended with deep fried ice cream with cinnamon apples and a flamed caramel sauce. Perfect ending to a flavorful meal. The flaming fajitas also seemed very popular so we may need to go again to try those!
