Local here and this is my favorite Mexican restaurant!! Wish yall were on UberEats or DoorDash! Zoey is the sweetest server and gives us a welcoming experience every time. The steak tacoss are so tender, you want to eat is slow so it lasts longer! The shrimp aguachiles are fresh and full of flavor. They do a cute pink brunch with a DJ, very welcoming for the girlies. Everyone needs to know about this place!

I really wanted to give this restaurant five stars but there were just a few things that kept me from that perfect rating. First, the service is okay. Mostly attentive but I had to request a few too many things that should’ve been addressed, and mostly are at other restaurants. We ordered the guacamole with chips as an appetizer, and that was some amazing guac. Super fresh. Really enjoyed that. I ordered the beef birria tacos and they really fell flat as far as flavor goes. Ingredients seemed very fresh just there was really no flavor. The side of rice and beans were on point. Very good. The table we were sat at was extremely wobbly (see video). It wasn’t until the end of our meal that I saw what was supposed to be stabilizing the table, a Mickey Mouse vinyl tag. The restaurant as a whole is very clean and presents well. The small things I didn’t like wouldn’t keep me from returning. We’ll be back I’m sure.

This restaurant was great all around! The atmosphere was really nice, with good music playing in the background that made the experience even better. I ordered the mole enchiladas, and they were absolutely delicious. They don’t come with rice or beans, but you can add them on the side for a very reasonable price, and it’s definitely worth it. The bottomless mimosas were also really good! On top of that, the staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit.

The second you walk into La Mona Rosa it excudes authenticity. Scratch Kitchen true pulls out the flavors in a way you don't see often. I highly recommend taking friends or family. This is our Post NAB convention tradition.

Definitely recommend La Mona Rosa for some quality Mexican cuisine! The queso fundido is SO good! The Enchiladas Suizas are also an excellent option for a flavorful dish that’s not too heavy! I don’t think there’s any way to go wrong here, as everything I’ve had has been awesome! I would recommend a visit if you’re looking for a great experience off the strip.
