On a seriously hot Vegas day, walking into this restaurant to get into some aircon and to have a cool drink, was the best decision we made! The staff were super friendly. Our waters were topped up constantly. We ordered Tacos and Nachos and were not disappointed! So super delicious and moreish. The standard has now been set going forward for Mexican Restaurants. Thanks so much for taking such good care of these Kiwi's. Just wished we lived closer, as this would be our Go To place.

Decided on dinner, Mexican style and this option stood out. Just along the Boulevard, it was in short walking distance from our hotel. The atmosphere is brilliant 👏, a floral, jungle theme almost with open air. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was exactly what you'd expect from a Mexican cuisine restaurant. I went for the 'Achiote Mahi Mahi' it was grilled perfectly, the sortè of bell Peppers & onions gave it a sweet flavour. Served with white rice and blackbeans with the different sauces. Will I return, yes.

Stopped in for lunch. Sat right away. Our server was super friendly & even brought us a complimentary flan for dessert. The bottomless chips & salsa comes with 3 different salsas. The green was my favorite with the pico a close second. I ordered a burrito with barbacoa, which was pretty tasty.

We sat at the bar and were served by Mia, who was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable. We shared the chips and dips, grilled octopus, and mahi tacos, everything was flavourful and cooked perfectly.

El Segundo Sol is the most authentic Mexican sit down experience you'll have on the Las Vegas. It's got an amazing atmosphere that will feel like you're sitting in the rainforest. They have a wonderful drink selection with locally sourced and exotic ingredients. Their prices are very reasonable and the flavors are out of this world. It's a must try experience if you find yourself on that end of the strip.
