Great experience overall with a few standout dishes. The grilled squid was absolutely amazing perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The ceviche leche de tigre was also excellent, fresh and well-balanced. For the main course, the chicken mole had great flavor and tasted authentic, but the cilantro rice was a big miss mushy, sticky, and way too heavy on the cilantro. Definitely not what good cilantro rice should be. The charro beans were just average, nothing memorable. The cocktails were fantastic and easily one of the highlights of the meal. Customer service was amazing; our waiter was on it!! I’d come back for the squid and drinks alone. Solid spot overall.

Every single person we encountered went completely above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The staff is attentive, incredibly friendly, and highly professional—they truly elevate the whole experience and make you feel like a VIP guest. ​The food is absolutely excellent, packed with bold, fresh flavors and stunning presentation. Paired with a very nice, lively atmosphere and a beautiful, chic design, it makes for an unforgettable night out. On top of it all, the entire place is spotlessly clean and pristine. ​Incredible staff, outstanding food, and an amazing vibe. Amaya hits every single mark perfectly—we cannot wait to come back!

Incredible food and lots of it. Well priced considering for Vegas and the quality of the food. Cocktails were lovely and balanced with real proper liquors. Nice settings, staff were friendly and attentive. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Nice place for family gatherings, the staffs are nice, the foods and the vibe are great. The non-alcoholic drinks taste so good. El Niño tastes more sour than La Niña, my daughter likes La Niña, I prefer El Niño. The octopus is so tender with unique flavor mixing with the potato. The size of the taco salad is for two, really huge one. We love shrimp tacos and taco de pollo. You may reserve a seat if you don’t want to wait for a long time during the peak hours. Recommend it!

Our second time here and it didn't disappoint. The Tulum-esque atmosphere is well done and transports you to a tropical island vibe. We sat at the bar and just ordered drinks. My wife had the Old Fashioned and I had a Gin & Tonic. Basic drinks but executed very well. We didn't order food this time but we'll try it next time. The service was prompt and friendly. If they're booked for the night, sit at the bar, it's always open. Definitely a Vegas must-see!
