Beautiful restaurant and great atmosphere!! The food was beautifully furnished and great for the most part, we don't recommend the pork belly..we typically receive a little pork with the ends but these were mostly fat. The drinks are amazing! I highly recommend the mojito

If you are looking for a great Mexican restaurant in Riverside Jacksonville, I highly recommend Añejo Cocina Riverside. I recently enjoyed a solo date here and it was exactly the calm and welcoming atmosphere I was hoping for. If you enjoy peaceful dining experiences, ask for a corner table, perfect setting to relax and enjoy your meal. The chicken flautas with Mexican rice and beans were absolutely delicious - flavorful, fresh, and very satisfying. The chips and salsa were a great start and tasted authentic and fresh. I also had the La Flor margarita, which was handcrafted beautifully smooth, balanced, and one of the best margaritas I’ve had in Jacksonville. My waitress, Miriam, was attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better with excellent service. You can tell this Riverside restaurant is well managed and takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for guests. When I arrived, a wedding party was finishing their celebration, which showed how versatile this restaurant is, perfect for date nights, celebrations, group dinners, or solo dining. Overall, this is one of the best spots for Mexican food and margaritas in Jacksonville, especially if you are in the Riverside area. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and quality food. I will definitely be returning.

Wow! This place is amazing. So many places to start. The restaurant itself is beautifully constructed to be visually appealing. The food is elegantly served. The staff is knowledgeable trained. The seating area is naturally beautiful the food robustly flavorful. Just wow. I had their sample platter and fell for their cheese quesadilla. Their chimychunga was better that over half the places I've been to. They have a way of making Horchata that rivals every place that I found that serves it in Jacksonville, Fl! I'm going back there tomorrow!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Añejo Cocina Mexicana is easily one of my favorite spots in Jacksonville for authentic Mexican food with a modern twist. The flavors are bold, the plates are beautifully done, and the margaritas… next level. 🌮🍹 Every dish I’ve tried has been fresh and full of flavor, from the tacos to the fajitas to the queso that disappears way too fast. The atmosphere is lively but still comfortable, making it just as great for a night out with friends as it is for family dinner. The staff always go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of, and you can feel the pride they put into both the food and the service. If you’re craving Mexican food in Jax, Añejo is the spot.
