Best mole I had outside of Oaxaca! Everything was bursting with flavor and cooked/prepared well! Had the steak Enchilada in Red Mole which was amazing… the handmade tortillas and family mole recipe, you can tell took years to perfect. The chips / salsa / guacamole combo was excellent. Service was friendly and food came out quick. It’s a nice atmosphere and they had a great selection of mezcal. Highly recommend. Will be back!

Chef hooked it up to fit my dietary needs. Wait staff was extremely kind and attentive and the food was absolutely delicious. Ordered the 10 oz rib eye but opted for the salmon accoutrements and the server relayed to the chef and he crushed it. We loved the food and the experience and my coworkers loved the margs.

This is one of those San José best kept secrets, the place is fantastic, the atmosphere is great, food and drinks are top notch and the prices are very reasonable. This is one of my favorite restaurants in downtown and am so happy they still deliver great quality Oaxacan food. I love Mole Negro, Enfrijoladas, Enchiladas Suizas and Tlayudas con Tasajo

Service is fast and the food is good. I was able to get Mexican dishes I haven't seen on menus elsewhere.

It was quite unexpected to see such a beautiful decor and style inside the restaurant, made you feel like your in a place far away from SF. We ordered guacamole and chips to start and tacos for lunch. We head some questions about the manue and the waiter brought out a sample to try, so nice. Definitely a place will revisit next time we are in the area.
