Santa Fe inspired restaurant right in the Britton District. The food is flavorful and thoughtfully done, highlighting classic New Mexican touches like red and green chiles, enchiladas, tacos, and house-made salsas with savory spices. Everything tasted fresh and well balanced, and the service was friendly and attentive. Great spot for a relaxed meal with quality food.

We love loved this restaurant! Our server Omar was fantastic. We went on Tuesday and it so happened to be taco Tuesday where all the tacos were $2 off! I had Burrio (?) taco, guacamole and chips, and Mexican hot chocolate cake and everything was absolutely delicious. Loved the atmosphere and architecture of this restaurant, makes you feel like you are not in Oklahoma! I will come back to try other items for sure. 5/5!!

We chose this restaurant because it had an outside seating option and we were so happy to see how beautiful, enjoyable, and tasty it was. They give you a small fan for your table to prevent flys. Our service was great, food was unique and flavorful, and the drinks were tasty and beautifully garnished 😆😆

I will tell anyone visiting OKC that they have to visit El Coyote. Here you experience amazing service, delicious New Mexican style cuisine and fantastic drinks. The patio is perfect during summer evenings.

We recently took a trip to Santa Fe, NM so it was cool to find a Santa Fe inspired restaurant here in OKC. The menu has a lot of Santa Fe staples that I haven’t seen at other Mexican restaurants in OK, like carne adovada, pozole, stuffed sopapilla, and green chile cheeseburgers, and of course the green and red chile sauces. The food was great. I had the stuffed sopapilla with carne Adovada. The Mexican choco cake was delicious. I would love for it to have a hint of chile, though. They have vegan and vegetarian options. The inside has a nice vibe. Staff is friendly, although service was a little slow, which I will attribute to it being 5 de Mayo. I will have to come back and sit in Their nice little patio courtyard.
