Love their carne asada! I usually get the frajita bowl so I can get double steak and something else (chorizo this time). Love that I can get everything included - my favs are guacamole, roasted veggies, mango habenero salsa and the chipotle mayo! This branch had a lot of different hot sauces. I think there were like 10-12. Surprisingly not busy at 7pm midweek. March 2026.

Nice friendly staff, had the breakfast burrito and it was okay, the potatoes were a bit raw and the meat was a bit dry but still was a good deal for breakfast. The Mexican breakfast has two burritos so perfect to share with a friend.

Used to love this place and was loyal customer but recently staff has been so rude. Ordered two regular bowls but charged us for extra protein we didn’t get. When we said we didn’t get extra protein, cashier proceeds to call us liars and yelling at us. They usually mark extra protein on the lid or with flag but didn’t do that. Cashier was calling us words and was not friendly at all. I will not be supporting business that is rude to customers and calling out words

I enjoyed that simple combo of one carne asada and one pollo asado tacos. Pico, guac, cabbage. Green salsa on carne red on pollo. I did get my own lime though. Definitely Authentic.

I had a mixed experience at El Jefe’s Taqueria – Symphony. The first time we visited, everything was great. We ordered the breakfast burrito, and it was delicious. The girl who helped us was amazing—very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. However, when we came back just a day later, it was a completely different story. There was a different staff member who didn’t speak English, and our order was completely wrong. The breakfast portion was about half the size of what we had the first time, and everything seemed mixed up. What made the experience worse was the atmosphere. A group of about five food delivery drivers came in, put their feet up on the tables, and were talking loudly. It made the place feel uncomfortable and unpleasant to sit in. I originally thought I would come here regularly for breakfast during my stay, but after this experience, I don’t plan to return.
