Cool spot with great atmosphere! The food was delicious and my vegetarian cousin even loved her food. Lots of vegetarian options and even more for the carnivors. The service was a little slow based on what I am used to which was the only drawback. I would return the next time I am in NO.

Food was okay. Wasn't as tasty as we would have liked. Corn tortillas were too thick. Beans were blah. The pineapple melon margarita was pretty good.

Outstanding service and delicious food. Started with the ceviche, which was so good, and prepared tableside. For our entree, we had the steak and chicken fajitas, added shrimp based on Brayan's recommendation, and I am so glad we did. All around a great experience and wonderful service.

Our server was great. My quesadilla was okay. The environmental noise was so loud that it was hard to hear my dad.

I have been to this establishment, on numerous occasions, but today something felt different. The service was good and quick.I had three tacos and a (margarita in a martini glass ? ) I didn't think nothing of it at first upon receiving the bill of 39 dollars not to include my tip of 15 percent. I sense something was wrong or not right , the server must of ask me 20 times was everything okay, so that was the next thing to strike me funny. Upon getting home then I knew something was wrong either the food , drink or both. I had evidence but flushed it . So with that being said today changed how I will see this establishment from here on out. And 40 dollars for three tacos and a martini size glass of margarita is just crazy overpriced.....Velvet Cactus will get my business in the future.
