Alejandro's has a nostalgic feel and has held onto a good amount of consistency over the years. The Colorado burrito is my go-to, and the chicken quesadilla is also reliably good. One note: they've recently switched to serving their sauces in individual packets, which is less convenient than having them available the old way.

The service speed is below average. The atmosphere is average. And I used to like the food, but tonight there was literally a fly carcass is my steak fajitas. It had been in there, hidden by the charring of the steak, and I had no idea until I was half through it. I’ve never had the fajitas here before, I usually only order them at RR, but now idk if can go back.

The food here has fallen off a cliff. I live right down the street and came here regularly. As of recently it’s been disappointing every time. I got queso that was more viscous than skim milk and same case for the guac I got. Today we gave it another shot and got a few items with chicken and it tasted heavily like rotten fish and smelled like it aswell. Get it together lol. Clean your grill and change your frying oil. Please.

Love that they are open late, and have good service. However, I feel that the meat is alittle chewy/rubbery with alot of fat. Especially their steak AKA bistec. Otherwise, I their breakfast burritos, enchiladas, tamales and rolled tacos are fairly good. I also wish their guacamole was alittle more fresh and chunky, instead of the more liquid consistency to pour on top of food.

I have never in my life had tasteless Mexican food in my life the ground beef on my Cheetos fries don't look like ground beef especially not compared to the pictures they have posted kinda glad I ordered thru door dash at least the disrespect would have been direct and I paid all this for tastelessness the quesabirria had little to no seasonal highly disappointed oh and I forgot the leaf in my food look like it came from outside
