It was a very busy restaurant. They had a very huge areas of dinning halls with many zones from the front to the back of parking lots. We ordered a lot from the menu like tacos, nachos, quesadillas (there salsas were so good). I can say that all the Mexican food here was so delicious. The service and atmoshpere were nice as well. They also served alcohol.

I’ve been coming here consistently since 2021 and the quality of the food is 10/10 every time. Just left and Nicolas was our server and he was great!! We will definitely request for him next time. Make sure you come here it’s the best in Buckhead !!!!

I absolutely love this place. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like a million bucks — high-fives, fist bumps, and occasionally even hugs. El Azteca truly feels like a home away from home. The staff is first-class from top to bottom, and honestly, they make it very difficult to want to go anywhere else. The service, the energy, the people — it all just works. Keep up the fantastic work, El Azteca Peachtree Street. You’ve created something special. Diva Dixie insists I pass along her greetings — so hi! 🐾 She wanted me to also mention that if tail wags counted as reviews, this place would already have ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from her. She may not order off the menu, but she fully supports anywhere that puts people in a good mood. So yes, Diva Dixie says hi… and she also approves. 😄 Side note (said with love) those potholes in the parking lot aren’t getting any smaller… and I think they’re starting to recognize my car 😂🟧🙌🏽🟩😂

The food is standard fare; consistent and good enough for the price point. Staff/Service are very good: nice, friendly, orders come out right, and prompt service. The outdoor areas are great! I will caution you that parking there is like parking in the Moon: craters everywhere and pretty darn big (the red tape in one of the pix is 3ft long!). It's been like that for a while and keeps getting worse. Your car's wheel axle may break on one of those. And, if you are afraid of the dark and what can be sticking to dark walls, avoid going to the restrooms. The lack of proper lighting there doesn't help. It is a shame that those aspects are completely neglected as, otherwise, I enjoy the place. Update 5/26: the potholes have been fixed after cpl of yrs! Good going, ElAz!

Mid food Live near el azteca and have rats? Next time you’re there check out the garbage can it’s a breeding ground for rats The rat bait boxes around the restaurant suggest they know it’s a problem. Watch out rats could be nibbling on your tortillas before they get to you. The machine they were using to blow up soccer balls was not pleasant to listen to while trying to enjoy food and conversation.
