Food: Coyo Taco was just a really good time. The Al Pastor Tacos were the clear standout for me. They had a lot of flavor, enough crispness to keep the texture interesting, and that sweet-savory balance that makes al pastor so easy to keep eating. The shrimp tacos were also really good and gave the meal a lighter contrast, while the grouper tacos had a great crunch and held up well with all the toppings. The Mexican chopped salad was better than it had any right to be. It actually felt like a real dish instead of something you order just to have greens on the table. Fresh, filling, and loaded enough to stand on its own. The quesadilla was also a good order here, especially if you want something a little heavier and more satisfying between tacos. Overall, everything tasted fresh and came out with a lot more care than you expect from a casual taco spot. Service: Fast, casual, and easy. The food came out quickly, which worked well for the kind of place this is. Summary: This was one of those places that just hit the spot. The Al Pastor Tacos were the best thing we had, but the shrimp tacos, grouper tacos, Mexican chopped salad, and quesadilla made it feel like there were actually multiple things worth coming back for.

Stumbled upon this place while exploring Wynwood and my only reaction was "how was this not in my life sooner?" Instant favorite. The menu is legit, and the duck carnitas tacos are simply unbeatable. Everything we ordered landed. Every single thing. We left genuinely elated. Anytime I make it back to Miami, this is at the top of my list. Not on the list, the top of it. One small note: seating is a bit tight, so be prepared to cozy up. Bonus points: there's amazing coffee next door at Panther. Do both. Make it a destination.

Food was really good. They have specials during the week. I also got a passion fruit marg and it was refreshing. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The pescado and Birria tacos were delicious, I would order both again. Chips and guac were a little over priced but guac was fresh.

Late-night bites at Coyo Taco never disappoint 🌮✨ Grabbed a few tacos from their happy hour menu, took a little sneak peek behind the restaurant into their hidden speakeasy, and instantly remembered why I love stopping by this spot whenever I’m in Miami. The tacos were so good, and honestly, if I didn’t have a bedtime, I probably would’ve stayed for the vibes in the speakeasy too 😂🌴

Coyo Taco always slaps. The food is soooo good and the margaritas are cheap and delicious! I have tried so many tacos here and have loved every single one. The outdoor dining area is small but nice and a great spot for people-watching. Their happy hour deals are good. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Miami for a casual bite.
