Had to finish up some work before heading to the airport. The manager kindly provided me with a plug to use for my computer! I order the fajitas and they were so good! Beef chimichuri! Yum! Loved the on site made tortillas! Haven’t been here in several years all the food was excellent! I forgot how good the salsa is! I live in Vegas now and the Mexican restaurant food there is underwhelming! So the food was a pleasant surprise! The server was attentive. The restaurant next to the river it a great spot! The parking lot gets full but overall plenty of parking. Definitely can’t wait to come back!

Cool Chevy’s location in Sacramento. Went with a bunch of friends, happy hour time on a Thursday. Parking can be tight. Bar sounds lively, the bathrooms are up a flight of stairs. Service is friendly and fast. Same prices. Got the burrito with carne asada with rice, beans and corn. Lots of seating. It’s on the Riverbank Marina with outdoor seating overlooking the river. The complimentary chips and roasted salsa was yummy.

Amazing dinner with the team – Chevy's delivered! We had a fantastic night at Chevy's! It's been way too long since I've been there, and I forgot how good those fresh tortillas are….. they were absolutely amazing. Fajitas combo was so good too, every item was great. I brought a volleyball team along with parents and coaches, and everyone had a great time. The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. Egan at the front was welcoming and made sure we were taken care of along with the dining room manager who help set up th tables, and Brianna (Bri) was fantastic and kind helping out table. She was attentive, friendly, and on point all night. Big thanks to the whole staff for making it such a smooth and enjoyable experience. We'll definitely be back!

My family and I recently visited Chevys Fresh Mex for dinner. I remembered having a great experience here in the past, which is why we decided to come back. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing compared to previous ones. First, I want to mention the positives: the food was very good, the atmosphere was enjoyable, and the river view was beautiful as always. However, the service experience left a lot to be desired. Our server, Mariya D., seemed pleasant at the beginning, but several issues occurred throughout the meal. We ordered the sampler appetizer, but no small plates were provided, so my children had to use napkins to hold their food. We also requested chips and salsa, but were told there was a “chip shortage,” even though other tables around us were being served chips. My husband and I ordered the Surf n’ Turf Fajitas, but the meal arrived without tortillas. After bringing it to our server’s attention, we had to wait about 10 additional minutes for tortillas to be prepared. We also ordered a cheeseburger for our daughter, but it arrived as a plain burger with only bread and meat — no cheese or condiments as ordered. I spoke with the manager on duty regarding these concerns. She apologized and mentioned she would speak with the server and apply a discount to our bill, but the discount was never applied. What disappointed me most was not necessarily the mistakes themselves, but the lack of follow-through and overall customer service experience. We have never had such a negative experience at Chevy’s before, which made this visit especially disappointing.

Such a cool spot! The location right by the river is perfect, and the whole place has a really lively, upbeat energy. The staff was welcoming and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend if you're looking for good views and friendly service
